Mr. Lester R. Larrison, 82, of South Bend, Ind., passed away on Monday afternoon, Dec. 14, in Memorial Hospital, South Bend. He was born on Feb. 26, 1916, in Mounds, Ill. He was preceded in death by his parents, and by four sisters and four brothers.

On March 28, 1934, he married the former Mary H. Mize, who survives He is also survived by a daughter, Betty D. (William J.) Howard of South Bend; three sons, Richard L. (Libby) Larrison and Robert E. Larrison of South Bend, and James (Jacqueline) Larrison of Coppel, Texas; and by 19 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Mr. Larrison retired from the Wheelhorse Manufacturing Company in 1972. Prior to his retirement at Wheelhorse he worked for the the Studebaker Motor Car Company of South Bend from 1936-1960. Mr. Larrison was a life member of the Clay Democratic Club in Roseland.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 18, in the Welsheimer Funeral Home North, 17033 Cleveland Road, and burial will follow in the Saint Joseph Valley Memorial Park. Friends are invited to visit with the family this afternoon from 2 to 4 p.m., and in the evening from 6 to 8 p.m.
