MISHAWAKA - Cyriel J. LaCluyse, 81, of North West Street, died of natural causes at 6:30 a.m. today in his home.

Mr. LaCluyse retired in 1974 from Uniroyal Plastics Co. after 34 years of service.

He was born Oct. 4, 1913, in Mishawaka and was a lifelong area resident. On Sept. 4, 1937, in Mishawaka, he married Valerie Maenhout. She survives with a daughter, Marilyn Lewis of South Bend; a son, Lawrence of Mishawaka; three grandchildren; and a sister, Marie Pechi of Mishawaka.

He was a member of St. Bavo's Catholic Church and Uniroyal Retirees.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the church. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola.

Friends may call from 2 to 5 and 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday in Hahn Funeral Home, where a parish rosary will be said at 3:30 p.m.
