Mrs. Martha M. Kurz, 72, of 3412 S. Wise Circle, died at 1:20 p.m. Friday in Healthwin Hospital following a lengthy illness. She was born June 14, 1900 in South Bend and lived here all her life. She was married June 11, 1929, in South Bend to Louis F. Kirz, who died July 11, 1959. Surviving is a son, Louis J. of South Bend, two daughterss, Mrs. Margaret Romwalter North Liberty and Mrs. Mary Ann Brooks of South Bend and 11 grandchildren.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 9 p.m. Sunday. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Jude's Catholic Church with Rev. Phillip Corbett, assistant pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. Mrs. Kurz was a member of the St. Jude's Alter and Rosary Society.
