Jack D. Kuespert

GRANGER - Jack D. Kuespert, 79, loving husband, father, brother and uncle, passed away unexpectedly April 16, 2010, in the Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center. Born February 26, 1931, he was the son of George and Pheba (Freel) Kuespert, who preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by brothers, Chester (Josephine) and Benjamin (Margaret) Kuespert; and four sisters, Viola Temple, Barbara Willis, Lola Kuespert and Faye (Doyle) Rhymer. Jack is survived by his wife of 57 years, Genevieve "Jenny" Madison. He is also survived by son, Leonard Kuespert of Granger; special nephew and niece, Steve (Stacy) Madison and Patty Madison; and many other nieces and nephews. A special thank you to the following family members: Tim and Carol Magiera, Randy (Barb) Redman, Bill (Donna) Redman and Marv (Cindy) Moore for their continued support. Jack retired from the O'Brien Corporation after 43 years. He also owned his own business, Jack's Small Engine Repair, for 15 years. He was a proud Army veteran and belonged to the American Legion, Post 284. He was also a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church. Jack was a humble and generous man. He was a skilled mechanic and craftsman. Jack will be missed by many people, especially his family and close group of friends who would meet for breakfast almost daily at Eleni's Restaurant.
