John Kronewitter

John Kronewitter, a farmer living five miles southeast of Mishawaka, died Sunday afternoon at three o’clock of typhoid pneumonia, aged about 36 years. He leaves a wife and seven children.

John Kronewitter, son of Michael and Josephine Kronewitter, was born in Germany, Feb. 10, 1861, died December 9th 1894, aged 33 years, 9 months and 20 days. He came to America in 1863.

On August 7, 1884 he was married to Lodema Shaw, who with three daughters and four sons are left to mourn the loss of a loving husband and a kind father. There was also a mother, a sister and a brother who reside at Billings, Missouri, and one sister in Oklahoma.
