Dec. 22, 1924 - April 1, 2010SOUTH BEND - Evelyn B. Bussey-Krochmal, 85, died on April 1st in Florida where she had spent the last six years. She was married twice. Her first husband, William Gerald Bussey, and her second husband, Edward Krochmal, both preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her brother, William Runnels. She is survived by a daughter, Wava Jean Ridgeway; a son, Gerald William Bussey, both residing in Florida; grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren, Zack Grenert and James Grenert. Evelyn worked at the South Bend Toy Factory, and spent most of her life in South Bend. Evelyn will be laid to rest by her grandchildren, Debra Bishop, Pamela Dennis, Sara Grenert and William Bussey, at a private ceremony at the South Lawn Cemetery next to her first husband, William Bussey.
