Lawrence Kramer, aged 62, of rural
route No. 4, Portage Road, Niles, Mich. died at 9:25 p.m.
Saturday in the Pawating hospital, Niles, after an illness of
seven weeks. He was born in Austria, Aug. 9, 1886, and went
to Niles from South Bend eight years ago. In 1934 in South
Bend, he married Theresa Yandl, who survives. Other
survivors are two stepsons, George Yandl, of South Bend and
Anthony Yandl, of Fremont, Neb., and two stepdaughters, Sister M.
Theresa, C.S.C., a teacher in St. Joseph school in South
Bend, and Sister M. Joan Grande, C.S.C., St. Mary's
convent, Holy Cross. Friends may call in the Hickey funeral
home after 7 p.m. today and until funeral services tentatively
set for Tuesday morning. He is a former member of St.
Mary's Catholic church of South Bend, the St. Stephen's society
of St. Mary's church, and the D.F.V. society.

Requiem services for Lawrence Kramer, of
rural route No. 4, Portage road, Niles, Mich., who died Saturday
night, will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Mary's Catholic church
on South Taylor street here. Rev Frank Brown, C.S.C.,
pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in the Cedar Grove
cemetery.
Note: Lawrence Kramer married two times, to Julia Luttman and
to Theresa Yandl.
