Robert L. Kovacs (Nov. 26, 1933-Oct. 7, 1994)

SOUTH BEND - Robert L. Kovacs, 60, of Delray Beach, Fla., formerly of South Bend, died Friday in Bethesda Memorial Hospital, Delray Beach, after an illness. Mr. Kovacs was caretaker of Shephard Estate, Delray Beach. He was born Nov. 26, 1933, in South Bend. He is survived by three sisters, Marilou Thomas of Chesterfield, Ind., Pauline Kovacs of San Bernardino, Calif., and Ellen Grice of Mishawaka; and three brothers, Paul of Edwardsburg, Joseph of Lafayette, Ind., and Karl of Indianapolis.

Memorial services will be held at a later date. Cremation will take place, with burial in Highland Cemetery at a later date. There will be no visitation. Paul E. Mayhew Funeral Home, Edwardsburg, is in charge of arrangements.
