Anna Kovacs (Feb. 16, 1953 -- Oct. 18, 2006)

Anna Marie Kovacs, 53, South Bend, Indiana, born in Hungary on February 16, 1953, quietly gave her precious soul up from a brief illness on Wednesday, October 18, in Niles, Michigan.

She will be remembered by her loving family and close friends for her heart of gold, her great sense of humor and playfulness, her wit, her spunk, her passion for life, her enormous strength to endure and overcome hardships, and for her total devotion to and love for her family.

She was preceded in death by her first-born son.

She is survived by two sons, her parents, three brothers, one sister, two nephews, two nieces, one great-nephew and one great-niece.

Private funeral services were held at Brown Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Niles.
