Aug. 12, 1908 - Nov. 27, 1991 SOUTH BEND - Alex S. Kosinski, 83, of Carlyle Healthcare Center, died at 12:20 a.m. today in his residence. Mr. Kosinski retired from the former South Bend Toy Co. He was born Aug. 12, 1908, in South Bend and was a lifelong area resident. In 1946, in South Bend, he married Kinga A. Nowicki. She died Jan. 14, 1981. He is survived by a niece, Dolores Kowalik of South Bend; three great-nieces; a great-nephew; and eight great-great-nieces and -nephews. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in St. Stanislaus Catholic Church. Entombment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery Mausoleum. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in Kaniewski & Sons Funeral Home, where a parish rosary will be at 7:30 p.m
