SOUTH BEND — Helen Kobylarek, 86, of Farmington Hills, Mich., formerly of South Bend, died Monday in Farmington Hills. Survivors include two daughters, Rita Hill and Bonnie Guski; and four sons, Thomas, William, David and John; and a sister, Elsie Radics. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in St. James Catholic Church, Novi, Mich.

Friends may call from 4:30 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in O'Brien Chapel/Ted C. Sullivan Funeral Home, Novi, where a scripture services will be at 7:30 p.m., and one half hour before services in the church.
