Frank Kobocinski Attacked With Double Pneumonia Tuesday
Frank Kobocinski, aged 30, died yesterday afternoon of double pneumonia following an attack of influenza. Mr. Kobocinski was taken ill about ten days ago. His condition developed into double pneumonia yesterday morning and arrangements were made for his immediate removal to the hospital. He was in an unconscious condition when he reached the hospital, and his death occurred within a very few hours.   The deceased was born in Michigan City, Oct. 13, 1888, and he had lived here all his life. He was married to Miss Celia Layman, August 26, 1912, at Rolling Prairie. The widow and two children survive, the children being Florence and Henrietta. In addition there are two sisters, Mrs. Julia Stupeck, this city, and Mrs. John Kowalski, Chicago, and three brothers, John, Bruno and Daniel Kobocinski, of this city, surviving.   The deceased was a member of the St. Casimir society of St. Stanislaus’ church. The funeral services will be held Friday morning at 9 o’clock in St. Stanislaus’ church, and will be strictly private. Rev. Father Bolka will conduct the services. The pallbearers will be selected from the St. Casimir society.
