DEATH CLAIMS MRS. KLEIN, 83  

Lifetime Resident ill for Three Months       

A lifetime resident of this vicinity, Mrs. Phillip Klein, 83, of Rt. 2, Jackson Rd., died at 1:45 p.m. Saturday in St. Joseph Hospital.  She had been ill for the last three months.      

 Born in St. Joseph County, Mrs. Klein had lived all of her lifetime in the county.  As Phillipeana Fox she married Mr. Klein on Nov. 12, 1892, in Madison Township.  He died in 1945      

 Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Martha Parcell, at home; a son, Glen E. Klein, Jackson Road; a brother, Solomon Fox, of Wyatt; four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.       

Friends may call a the Bent and Sprague Chapel after 4 p.m. today.  Mrs. Klein was a member of the Coalbush Evangelical United Brethren Church and of the Ladies' Aid Society of that church.       

The body will be taken to the church at noon Tuesday, where friends may call until the time of the funeral services at 2 p.m.  Rev. Robert E. Seitz, pastor of the church, will officiate.  Burial will be in Ferrisville Cemetery, near Coalbush.

KLEIN - Funeral services for Mrs. Phillip Klein, 83, of Rt. 2, Jackson Rd., Mishawaka, who died in St. Joseph Hospital, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Coalbush Evangelical United Brethren Church.  Rev. Robert E. Seitz, pastor, will officiate, and burial will be in Ferrisville Cemetery, near Coalbush Church.  Friends may call in the Bent and Sprague Chapel until 11 a.m. Tuesday and from noon until the funeral at the church.  Pallbearers will be Harold and Frank Fulmer, Harold Riggs, Karl Crofoot, and Walter and Robert Weiss.
