Glen E. Klein
Glen E. Klein, 70, of 60020 Fir Rd., died at 5:50 a.m. today in St. Joseph Hospital. He had been in failing health for about a year. Born in Penn Twp. on March 5, 1902, he was a lifelong resident of the township. On April 6, 1929, he married Miss Marian Rodgers in Mishawaka. She survives, in addition to a daughter, Mrs. William F. Bennett of South Bend; a sister, Mrs. John Parcell of Mishawaka, and three grandchildren. He was retired at the proprietor of the gasoline service station at 501 Lincoln Way W.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in the Everett Ballard Funeral Home, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday. Rev. C. Kenneth Powell, pastor of the Stedman United Methodist Church, West Lafayette, Ind., will officiate and burial will be in Ferrisville Cemetery, south of Mishawaka. Mr. Klein was a member of the First United Methodist Church and the Fidelis Sunday School Class of the church.
