Sister Mary Linus CSC, 91, died at 12:30 a.m. today in Saint Mary’s Convent, after a prolonged illness. She was born Clara Ann Kintz, Nov. 13, 1863 and lived here since coming from Tiffin, Ohio. Survivors include a nephew, Rev. Joseph Luther SJ of San Diego, Calif.; and two nieces, Sister Mary Ann Cecile Marie CSC, at St Mary’s, Sister Mary Ann Cecile CSC of Davenport, Iowa.

Friends may call in the novitiate parlor at St. Mary’s until 8 p.m. today. A requiem high mass will be sung at 6 a.m. Tuesday in the convent chapel at St. Mary’s, with burial at 4 p.m. in the community cemetery.
