September 1, 1923
Peter Kintz, agent 85, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Mary Haney,
rural route No. 5, at 6 o'clock this morning following a long illness of
infirmities of age.  He was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, May 6, 1833
and had been a resident of St. Joseph's County 43 years, coming here from
Tiffin, Ohio.  He is survived by one brother, Gabriel Kintz, Decatur,
Indiana, and the following children: Mrs. Mary Haney, Sister Linus, St. Mary
s, Sisters of the Holy Cross, Mrs. Lucy Bosworth, Marcellus, Michigan; Mrs.
Cecilia Luther, Mrs. Victoria Gooley, J. C. Kintz, Otto E. Kintz, of St.
Joseph's County and Andrew Kintz, Loveland, Colorado.  The funeral services
will be held at the home of Mrs. Haney at 9 o'clock Monday morning, Rev.
John Scheier, C. S. C. officiating.  Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery.

of his daughter, Mrs. Mary Haney, rural Route No. 5, Rev. John Scheier
officiating.  Burial was in the Cedar Grove Cemetery.
