Mrs. Elizabeth Kintz, 81 years old, wife of Peter J. Kintz, of Clay Township
died this morning at 5 o'clock following and illness of four months.  She
was born in Tiffin, Ohio, January 3, 1840, and had lived in this vicinity
since 1879, coming here from Tiffin.  Surviving are her husband and nine
children, Mrs. William Haney, Mrs. Victoria Gooley, Miss Rosie Kintz, John
and Otto, of Clay Township, Andy, of Loveland, Colorado, Sister Linus, of St
Mary's college and academy, and Mrs. Frank Bosworth and Mrs. James Luther,
of this city.  The funeral will be held Monday morning at 9 o'clock at St.
Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Rev. J. B. Scheier, of Notre Dame university
officiating.  Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery.
