Hattie Lillian Keyes

Mrs. Hattie Keyes, aged 88, of 43 Ritter avenue, Indianapolis, died at 11 a.m. Thursday in her home. She had been ill about one and one-half years.

Mrs. Keyes was born in Mishawaka, Dec. 5, 1859, as Hattie Eberhart, daughter of John Eberhart, pioneer Mishawaka resident. She was married to W. D. Keyes who died in 1922. Mrs. Keyes resided here until 20 years ago when she moved to Indianapolis. Surviving is one son, Arthur Keyes, of Indianapolis.

Services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Saturday at the grave in Fairview cemetery here. Very Rev. Earl L. Groton, dean of St. Paul's Episcopal pro-cathedral, will officiate.
