Elizabeth Kepes

December 27, 1923 – October 9, 1985

Elizabeth Kepes, 61, formerly of 1316 S. Main St., died at 12:30pm Wednesday in St Paul’s Health Care Center after an illness.  Mrs. Kepes was employed by Robertson’s Department Store.

She was born December 27, 1923, in south Bend, where she lived her lifetime.  Surviving are a daughter, Mary Rhodes of Bremen; two grandchildren; and two brothers, George and Stephen Bernath, both of South Bend.

Services will be at 10am Saturday in Our Lady of Hungary Catholic Church, of which she was a member.  Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery.  Friends may call form 2 to4 and 7 to 9pm Friday in the Zahoran Funeral Home, where a rosary will be said at 7:15pm Friday by the church’s Legion of Mary.  Memorial contributions may be made to the church repair fund.
