Betty Jane Kendricks

Betty Jane (Hay) Kendricks, 77, of 1121 E. LaSalle Avenue, formerly of S. 29th Street, died on Friday morning, July 7, in the Cardinal Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Betty Jane was born on March 3, 1923, in South Bend, Ind., to Claude D. and Lillian M. Hay, who preceded her in death. She was married to Ronald E. Coher, who died on May 19, 1951, and then married John Kendricks, who also preceded her in death.

She is survived by a half sister, Rita Hay of South Bend.

Graveside services for Betty Jane will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday in Highland Cemetery. There will be no visitation.

The HICKEY Funeral Homes, 3516 E. Jefferson, is in charge of arrangements.
