Norman J. Kashmer, 38, of 11885 Mystery Lane, Mishawaka, died at 11:31pm Sunday in Osteopathic Hospital of an apparent heart attack. He was employed at Stone Container Corp., Mishawaka, for 19 years.

Born February 4, 1946, in South Bend, he lived in the area all his life. Surviving are a sister, Monica Kashmer of Mishawaka; and his mother, Eunice Herman of Mishawaka.

Services will be at 10am Wednesday in Queen of Peach Catholic Church, Mishawaka. Burial will be in St Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger. Friends may call from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9pm Tuesday in the Hickey Funeral Home where the rosary will be recited at 7:30pm

He was a member of the church and the Porsche and Packard Clubs of America. Memorial contributions may be made to the St Joseph County Heart Association.
