OSCEOLA - Services for Athalyn ''Betty'' Kashmer, 85, of 10358 Jefferson Road, who died at 5:53 a.m. Thursday in St. Joseph

Hospital, Mishawaka, will be at noon today in Warner Funeral Home. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Friends may call two hours before services today in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Willow Creek United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Kashmer retired in 1970 from Traveler's Insurance Co., South Bend, and also was a former assistant librarian at Penn High School. She was born Aug. 16, 1909, in Mishawaka. On Dec. 27, 1930, in LaPorte, as Athalyn Roberts, she married E.J. Kashmer Sr. He died May 9, 1978. Surviving are a son, John Jr. of Goshen; and two granddaughters. She was a member of the church.
