Mrs. Jessie E. Kaser

March 15, 1906 – June 22, 1979

Mrs. Jessie E. Kaser, 73, formerly of 2530 Linden, died at 10:15pm Friday in Memorial Hospital after a three week illness.

She was born on March 15, 1906, in Chicago, and moved here from Chicago 49 years ago.  As Jessie Stevenson, in 1930, she married Melvin Kaser, who died on January 26, 1963.

She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Gloria Murphy of South Bend, Mrs. Faye Parrish of Plymouth and Mrs. Lynne Hines of Osceola; a son, William of South end; eight grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.

Services will be at 10am Monday at the Forest G. Hay Funeral Home,, 1201 S. Michigan, with Rev. Paul Doyle, CSC, associate pastor of Holy Cross Catholic Church, officiating.  Burial will be in Southlawn Cemetery.  Friends may call from 2 to4 and 7 to 9pm Sunday.
