Oct. 18, 1961-March 17, 2004 SOUTH BEND – Thomas M. Jurgonski, 42, of Wheaton, Ill., formerly of South Bend, died Wednesday in his home of cancer. Survivors include his wife, Kim; a daughter, Anne; a son, Ben; and two brothers, Mark and Greg Jurgonski. Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Saturday in Williams Kampp Funeral Home, Wheaton, with visitation Friday from 3 to 9 p.m.
