SOUTH BEND — Natalie (Basker) Joseph, 81, of Concord, Calif., formerly of South Bend, died April 15 in Concord of natural causes.

Survivors include two sons, Kevin and Tom, both of Concord; and a brother, George Basker of Granger.

There were no services or visitation. Concord Funeral Chapel-Quimet, Concord, handled arrangements.
