SOUTH BEND - Phyllis A. ``Pam'' Jena-Rathbun, 60, of Greenwood, Ind., formerly of South Bend, died at 10:15 a.m. Sunday in Transitional Hospital, Greenwood, after an illness. Mrs. Jena-Rathbun was president of Trade Copy Services Inc. and vice president of Par Printed Forms, both of Indianapolis.

She was born Oct. 21, 1933, in Chicago, and lived in South Bend until 1977. She is survived by her husband, Vaughn E. Rathbun of Greenwood; a daughter, Luanne Hagee of Camby, Ind.; two sons, Thomas Jena of Indianapolis and Douglas Jena of Huntington, Ind.; a stepdaughter, Kathryn Rathbun of Noblesville, Ind.; a stepson, Bruce Rathbun of Indianapolis; six grandchildren; and a brother, Richard Meller of South Bend. She was a member of St. Andrew's United Church of Christ, Mishawaka, Indy B & B Square Dance Club, Indianapolis, and Order of Eastern Star Chapter 2, South Bend.

Services will be at 4 p.m. Thursday in Welsheimer Funeral Home, 521 N. William St. Cremation has taken place. Friends may call one hour before services in the funeral home, where memorial services will be conducted by OES Chapter 2. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, P.O.
