Eva Ann Jedrzejewski, eight-week-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward J. Jedrzejewski Jr., 30191 Ind. 2, New Carlisle, died at 11:15 a.m. Sunday in Children’s Memorial Hospital Chicago. The child had been ill since birth in South Bend May 5. Also surviving a brother, Edward Allen, and a sister Erin Ann, both at home; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Jedrzejewski Sr., and maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Elkins, all of New Carlisle. Friends may call after 11:30 a.m. Tuesday in St. Joseph’s Funeral Home. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, with Rev. Thomas Depa, pastor of St. Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Church in Terre Coupee.
