SOUTH BEND - Lulu B. Jaquith, 99,
of Milton Home, died there at 5:55 a.m. Saturday. Miss Jaquith
was a retired sixth-grade teacher from Lincoln School, retiring
in 1961.
She was born Feb. 17, 1895, in Burlington,
Wis., and lived in this area most of her life. Surviving are
three nieces, Janice Culberson of Hattiesburg, Miss., Mary Lou Lindroth
of Rockton, Ill., and Carol Wick of Seattle; and a nephew, Harold
Jaquith of Red Lodge, Mont. She was a graduate of Wisconsin University.
She was listed in Who's Who in American Colleges and
Universities. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star Rippon
Chapter, Messiah White Shrine, Progress Club, Garden Club, and
Daughters of American Revolution Schyler Colfax Chapter.
Services will be at 10 a.m.
Wednesday in Welsheimer Funeral Home, 521 N. William. Entombment
will be in Highland Mausoleum. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6
to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may
be made to OES Rippon Chapter
