SOUTH BEND - Kenneth R. Janiak, 45, passed away Saturday. He was born December 28, 1964, to the late Leonard and Judith Janiak. He is survived by his wife, Cindy; daughter, Renee Janiak, both of South Bend; and sister, Denise (Al) Vidmar Wininger of Elkhart. Ken enjoyed golf and fishing, and was an avid Notre Dame, NASCAR and Bear's fan. Following his wishes, there will be no services. Donations may be made at Community Wide Federal Credit Union, where a college fund is being set up for Renee. www.mcgannhay.com.
