George Jacobs, aged 72, a former South Bend resident, died at 1:30 a.m. today in the Ann Arbor, Mich. hospital after an illness of two months. He was a native of Ohio. He had lived here at various intervals and moved to Benton Harbor, Mich.; tree years ago. Surviving are four sisters, Mrs. Minnie Francis, of Benton Harbor; Mrs. Tillie Hartley, Mrs. Elisie Leeds, and Mrs. Nida Bingham, all of Michigan City, Ind. and two brothers, William Jacobs of Dowagiac, Mich. and Walter Jacobs, of South Bend.
