Death notice: Richard Izdepski

Feb. 9, 1956 -- Dec. 21, 2003

SOUTH BEND -- Richard Izdepski, 47, of Fort Wayne, formerly of South Bend, died Sunday in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, of natural causes. Survivors include his wife, Susan E.; two sisters, Marti Gilmore and Trisha Werntz, both of South Bend; and two brothers, David Ladd of Holland, Mich., and Mikel Ladd of Maine. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Elzey Patterson Rodak Home For Funerals, Fort Wayne, where friends may call one hour before services.
