Mrs. Lola A. Irvin

September 18, 1867 – December 25, 1947

Mrs. Lola A. Irvin, 80, of 723 East Washington Avenue, died in her home at 12:07am Thursday after two and one half years illness.

She was born September 18, 1867, in North Liberty, this county, and came here 41 years ago from that community.  She was married in 1882 to Marion E. Irvin.  Surviving are three sons, Floyd E. Irvin, of suburban Ardmore, and B.E. and H.C. Irvin, of Gary IN; and a daughter, Mrs. Florence I. Laughlin, of South Bend. She was a member of the Royal Neighbors of America.

Friends may call in the Hay Funeral Home today and until the funeral there at 3:30pm Saturday, Rev. Paul A. Chalfant, pastor of Sunnyside Presbyterian Church, will officiate.  Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.
