OSCEOLA - Scott E. Hunter passed away on Saturday evening May
1st. The surviving family members; his mother and father Al and
Judy Siple, his brother Mark Hunter, sister Pam (Chris) Chadwick
and their sons, his precious nephews Kyle and Dillon. His other
close family members of Uncles, Aunts, cousins and friends which
are too numerous to mention will all miss him dearly. He was a
family man and loved the holidays because of the family
togetherness that the holidays bring. He was blessed for his
family members were not just family, there were also his friends
too. Scott was the owner of a successful concrete business for 12
years which was United Concrete with the motto "I may not be
the best, but there is nobody better". He was an avid fan of
all sports, particularly Notre Dame Football and as a season
ticket holder for Notre Dame Hockey. Scott was a huge fan of
NASCAR Racing and big supporter of the number 24 Jeff Gordon. He
attended many of the NASCAR race tracks and was proudly a
Michigan International Speedway infielder for 19 straight years
for both the June and August races. The family will be having a
memorial service for Scott on Saturday, May 8, 2010 at 2:00 pm
with visitation hours from 1:00 till 2:00 pm. This will be held
at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Highway, Osceola.
