Elmer Hunsberger, 63, of rural route
2, Mishawaka, a lifetime resident of this vicinity, died at 9:45
p.m. Thursday in his home. He had been ill for one year. He was
born June 17, 1884 in Elkhart County. He was a farmer.
He married Nora Schalliol Dec. 18,
1917 in Mishawaka. Surviving are his widow; three sons, Omar D.
Hunsberger of Mishawaka; Donald A. Hunsberger of Wyatt, this
county, and James E. Hunsberger, at home; and a sister, Mrs.
Elizabeth Barkey of rural route No. 1, Mishawaka. He was a
member of St. Johns Evangelical & Reformed Church,
Woodland.
Friends may calling the Bubb Chapel after 7
p.m. today and until 11: 30 a.m. Sunday when the body will be
taken to St. Johns Church. Friends may call there from
12:30 p.m. Sunday until the services at 2 oclock. Rev.
Phillip Pobanz, pastor, will officiate and burial will be in St.
Johns Cemetery.
