Allen Dale Humphreys, 45, of 2801 Toledo Road, Elkhart, Indiana, died at 7 P.M. on Wednesday, May 10, in his home. He was born on October 6, 1954, in South Bend, Indiana, to Charles and Sharon (Johnston) Humphreys.

Mr. Humphreys is survived by four sisters, Chris Opsahl of Mishawaka, Mrs. Wayne (Vicki) Hoath of Mishawaka, Konni Humphreys of Constantine, Michigan, and Mrs. Rick (Carmen) Hull of Constantine, Michigan; a brother, Larry (Becky) Corbiel of Three Rivers, Michigan; his mothers, Sharon Humphreys of South Bend and LaChelle Hoover of Constantine, Michigan; and his father, Charles Humphreys of Constantine. Also surviving are eight nieces, six nephews, three great-nieces and six great-nephews; and his fiancee, Cindy Haag of South Bend.

Mr. Humphreys was formerly employed at ADEC. He attended Bristol Missionary Church, and was a grateful member of A.A. for the past six years. Allen loved Harleys, the Native American way of life, and he loved the Lord.

Visitation will be two hours prior to the service at 10 A.M. on Saturday at the Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home & Crematory. The Rev. Doug Erickson of Hillcrest Baptist Church in Mishawaka will officiate. Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Osceola, Indiana. Memorials may be made to the Salvation Army or to the Faith Mission.
