SOUTH BEND - Marvin L. Hull, 67, of
South Greenlawn Boulevard, died at 1 a.m. today in Memorial
Hospital after an illness. Mr. Hull retired from Oliver and White
Farm Equipment Co. after 30 years of service and was a former
employee of South Bend Community School Corp. for two years in
accounting. He was born April 30, 1928, in Anderson, Ind., and
lived in South Bend since 1952.
On Oct. 9, 1954, in South Bend, he married
Pearl Coffman. She survives with a daughter, Debra Hull of
Burlington, Vt.; two sons, Jeffrey L. of South Bend and Randall
of Edwardsburg; three grandchildren; and two brothers, Richard L.
and Donald L., both of Anderson. He was a member of Sunnyside
Presbyterian Church, former treasurer of Westminster Presbyterian
Church, was the first president of the Adult Booster Club of
Adams High School, and was a graduate of Ohio State University
and Indiana University South Bend. He was an Army Air Forces
veteran of World War II.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday in
Hickey Funeral Home, 3516 E. Jefferson Blvd. Memorial
contributions may be made to Salvation Army or St. Joseph County
Cancer Society.
