Miss Katherine A. Hull, 88, formerly of 601 Riverside Drive, died at 12:15 p.m. Thursday at Wesley Manor, Frankfort, Ind., where she had resided 11 years. She had taught Kindergarten in South Bend schools for 45 years, and had retired from teaching at Jefferson school. She was born Jan, 5, 1885 in Mishawaka, and had lived in the South Bend area most of her life. Surviving are a niece, Mrs. Louis Bruggner, and a nephew, Stanley Hull, both of South Bend.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9:30 p.m. Sunday at the Welsheimer Funeral Home, where services will be at 11 a.m. Monday with Rev. Eugene Balsey, pastor of the First United Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.

Miss Hull was a member of the First United Methodist Church, the Schuyler Colfax Chapter DAR, and the Hoosier Arts Patrons Assn. She was a graduate of the South Bend Training School and the National College of Education in Evanston, Ill.
