Robert F. Hoover

SOUTH BEND - Robert F. Hoover, 91, born in South Bend, and in 1978 moved to Gainesville, FL, passed away May 9, 2010. He served in the U.S. Naval Reserve during WW II. He was an accomplished classical pianist and played extensively in the South Bend area. He was the vocal music teacher at John Adams High School, where his choral groups earned many superior ratings. He was an active member of the First Presbyterian Church of Mishawaka. He is survived by his sister, Beverly (John) Johnson of Atlantic Beach, FL.
