Linda L. Holmes, 50, of South Main Street, died Monday, Jan. 20, in South Bend, Ind. She was born on Feb. 21, 1946, in Decatur, Ill. She lived in South Bend for seven years, coming from Walkerton, Ind.

On Oct. 26, 1989, in South Bend, as Linda Skinner, she married Harvey Holmes. He survives along with three daughters, Melinda Bush of South Bend, Daisy Skinner of Mishawaka, Ind., and Regina Sheldon of Niles, Mich.; one son, Reginald R. Skinner of Walkerton, Ind.; four sisters, Judy Heeble of Green Bay Wis., Wyona Skinner of Florida, Jeannie Farr and Kathy Farr, both of Kokomo, Ind.; and three brothers, David Farr, Norman Farr, Jr., both of Kokomo, and James Farr of Green Bay.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 24, in the Forest G. Hay Funeral Home, 1201 S. Michigan St., South Bend. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Mishawaka. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home.
