Michael Jermaine Holloway, 21, beloved father, son and brother, of LaPorte Avenue, departed this life on Friday, April 5, in the Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center, South Bend, Ind. On Jan. 29, 1981, in Chicago Heights, Ill., he was born to Lori and Michael Martin. Michael was a resident of South Bend for nine years, coming from Memphis, Tenn.

He leaves to cherish his memory a daughter, Mytasia Holloway; his parents, Lori and Michael Martin; one sister, Victoria N. Holloway; one brother, Ray Sawn Holloway; maternal grandmother, Victoria D. Holloway; fiance, Tamike Benson; three aunts, Kathleen (Daryl) Murdock, Sherry Holloway and Hazel (Nelson) Holloway Weaver. all of South Bend; four uncles, Tyrone Holloway of Danville, Ill., Jerome Holloway of Indianapolis, Ind., Robert (Tammy) Holloway of University Park, Ill., and Henry (Shulonder) Holloway; two special cousins, Robert Lumpkin and Will Holloway, all of South Bend; along with a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by a brother, Cory Holloway; and by his grandfather, Henry Holloway.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, April 11, in Alford's Mortuary Chapel. Visitation will occur one hour before the service. Burial will be at Southlawn Cemetery.
