ELVIN
L. (TONY) HOEFLE
Elvin
L. (Tony) Hoefle, 71, of 58000 Buckhorn Rd., Three Rivers, died
Friday, Dec. 27, 1991 at the Three Rivers Manor Nursing Home,
Three Rivers, after an extended illness.
He
was born Aug. 7, 1920 in Greenville, Ill. He lived in
Mishawaka most of his life and moved to Three Rivers in 1965,
coming from Greenville.
He
retired from South Bend Tool & Die in 1983 after 28 years.
He
was a veteran of the U. S. Air Force, World War II, a member of
the American Legion, Three Rivers, and a member of V. F. W.,
Edwardsburg, Mich.
On
Dec, 30, 1941, he married Lorene Barhydt in Westville, Ind.
She survives, along with three daughters, Janet McClain of Three
Rivers, Vicki Wheat of Three Rivers, and Shelley Burgess of Three
Rivers; one son, Ronald Hoefle of Granger, Ind.; eight
grandchildren, Randy Hoefle, Debbie Hosack, Chris Wilson, Brian
McClain, Lisa Wheat, Lori Wheat, Scott Burgess and Derek Burgess;
three great grandchildren, Nicholas Willard, Tyler Wilson, and
Paige Hosack; one sister, Wanda Borkowski of Mishawaka, Ind.; two
brothers, Robert Hoefle of Mishawaka and Donald Hoefle of
Marcellus.
Services
will be 2 p.m. Monday in Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 N. Main,
Mishawaka. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.
Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will take place in Saint
Joseph Valley Memorial Park.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or Research on Liver Related Diseases.
