MISHAWAKA - Janet L. Hochstetler, 46, of Bedford, IN, died peacefully at Hospice of Ellenton, FL, on Sunday, April 25th. Janet is survived by her parents, Will and Mary Ellen Hochstetler; sister, Suzan Hochstetler, Orlando, FL; sister, Tricia Hochstetler, Ellenton, FL; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Janet was born in Mishawaka on December 7, 1963. She was a graduate of Mishawaka High School and Ball State University. She loved teaching, having taught the deaf and hard of hearing in North Lawrence Community School for over 22 years. Janet was an active member of the First United Methodist Church in Bedford. The family requests; in lieu of flowers, that memorial contributions be made to the children's department or the choir at First United Methodist Church in Bedford. Arrangements by Good Earth Cremation Society. A celebration of Janet's life will be held in Bedford at a later date.
