SOUTH BEND - Jerrika L. Hines, 3 months, of 1034 N. Eddy St., was found dead in her home Monday. Deputy Coroner Charles Hurley ruled the death was caused by sudden infant death syndrome. Jerrika was born Nov. 29, 1993, in South Bend.

She is survived by her parents, Linda and Jerry Hines of South Bend; a sister, Renita Stephens at home; six brothers, Charles Stephens, Patrick Stephens, Christopher Stephens, Jerry Hines, Michael Hines and Donte Hines, all at home; maternal grandparents, Ella Allen and Willie Allen, both of South Bend; and a paternal grandmother, Dorothy Baldwin of Chicago.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in Clark's Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. Friends may call two hours before services in the funeral home.
