George M. Hilliard

March 4, 1890 – April 12, 1970

George M. Hilliard, 80, of 714 E. Miner St., died at 11:45pm Sunday at St Joseph’s Hospital, after an illness of several months.  He was a retired machinist with the John B. Haberle Co.

Born March 4, 1890, in South bend, he had lived here all his life.  On September 10, 1940 in St Patrick’s Catholic Church, he married Blanche Humes, who survives.  He is also survived by a daughter, Mrs. Charles C. Rightley of South Bend.

Friends may call after 7pm today and after noon Tuesday at the Hickey Funeral Home.  Mrs Hilliard was a lifetime member of ST Joseph’s Catholic Church.
