Yvonne M. Hiler, 83, of St. Paul's Retirement Community, South Bend, died Wednesday, Nov. 27, at Hospice House in Roseland, Ind., after an illness.
Yvonne was born on July 4, 1913, in Baker, Ore. On Nov. 24, 1934, as Yvonne Huys, she married Orrin F. Hiler in Mishawaka. He preceded her in death on June 21, 1992.
Yvonne is survived by a daughter, Sharon Ann Hiler of Jefferson, Wis., a sister, Adeline Windsor of Mishawaka; and four brothers, Albert Huys, William Huys and George Huys, all of Mishawaka and Francis Huys of Osceola. Preceding her in death was a sister, Mary Molnar.
A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 3, in the St. Paul's Retirement Community Chapel. Burial will take place in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger.
