SOUTH BEND – Agnes Catherine Hickey, 80, formerly of 1030 N. Eddy Street, died at 7 p.m. Wednesday In St. Joseph Medical Center. Mrs. Hickey was a former employee of H.D. Lee Company. She was born March 2, 1910 in South Bend and was a lifelong area resident.

On June 10, 1930 as Agnes C. Kochendofer, she married Marvin M. Hickey. He died Jan. 18, 1989. She is survived by a son James E. of Buchanan; five grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mildred Berry of Ballinger, Texas, and Marianne Muessel of Indianapolis; and two brothers, Robert Kochendofer of Mishawaka and Leo Kochendofer of Shrewsburg N.J. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Joseph Catholic Church. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 6 p.m. Friday in Hickey Funeral Home, where the parish rosary will be said at 3:30 p.m. Memorial contribution may be made to the church.
