SOUTH BEND - Carol J. (Plencner) Hesseling, 68, died Tuesday in Regency Place. She is survived by her husband, Virgil; children, Judy Carpenter of Greenwood and Ken Hesseling of Fishers, IN; three grandchildren; and sisters, Rita Povlac and Margaret Bognar, both of South Bend. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 AM Saturday in Christ the King Catholic Church. Friends may visit from 3-8 PM Friday in the Palmer Funeral Home-Hickey Chapel, 17131 Cleveland Road, South Bend.
