SOUTH BEND — Angela Grace Hess, 7 days, daughter of Jennifer J. (Groothuis) and Steven R. Hess of 3323 Hedge Maple Court, died Monday in Riley Children's Hospital, Indianapolis after an illness. Survivors include a sister, Danielle Hess at home; and a brother, Jarod Hess at home.

Private services will be held. Friends may call from 1 to 5 p.m. Mich. time Friday in the home of Pat and Paul Groothuis, 177 Kestrel Hills Drive, Niles. Halbritter Funeral Home, Niles, is handling arrangements
