Mrs. Ruth Hertel, 73, who lived with her daughter, Mrs. Thomas Hanlon, 3518 Corby Blvd., died at 12:30 a.m. today in Redding, Calif., of an apparent heart attack. She had been visiting another daughter, Mrs. Patricia Noyer, in Redding. Surviving besides Mrs. Hanlon and Mrs. Patricia Noyer are another daughter, Mrs. Raymond Munick of Los Angeles and two sons, Donald of Alhambra, Calif., and Walter Jr. of Seattle. Mrs. Hertels husband, Walter, died in 1936. The Walsh-Bilancio-Guisinger Colonial Chapel is handling local arrangements.

Arrangements for the funeral of Mrs. Ruth Hertel, 73, formerly of Goshen, who died in Memorial Hospital, Redding, Calif., are incomplete. The body will be returned to the Walsh-Bilancio-Guisinger Colonial Chapel, South Bend. Burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery.

HERTEL Funeral services for Mrs. Ruth Hertel, 73, of 3518 Corby Blvd., who died Tuesday will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Little Flower Catholic Church, Rev. Joseph E. Payne, C.S.C., pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Oakridge Cemetery, Goshen. The rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Friday at the Bilancio-Guisinger Colonical Chapel, 3718 S. Michigan St
