MISHAWAKA - Mrs. Joseph Henigsmith, 64, of 915 Forest Avenue, died Sunday morning in her home.

Last rites were held Wednesday morning in St. Monica's Catholic Church, Rev. Anthony Badina in charge, and internment was in St. Joseph Cemetery.
